As a freelance graphic designer with more than 5 years of experience in the industry, I have learned that a well-designed, thoughtful and well-crafted presentation is crucial to capture the attention of clients, shareholders or employees in a much more impactful way. Today, thanks to the great advances in software, we can create powerful visual compositions that can help to impress our viewers and achieve our goals. In addition, there are numerous innovative methods that can bring that special touch to what we present. A sure-fire way to capture attention is to combine excellent verbal communication with the opportunities that digital resources provide.

In my experience, the epicenter of a presentation is the message. It is important to know what you want to communicate and to do it in a brief and direct way. Being clear about the objectives we want to achieve with our presentation will make it much more effective. A good trick can be to use keywords that you know will generate impact and attention in those who are receiving the message.

Another important aspect is to know to whom the message is addressed. It is not the same to be in front of job candidates, in front of potential customers or to present a product or service we have developed to a potential investor. Therefore, it is important to know the audience you are addressing. This way you will be able to adapt the tone so that your presentation complements and enhances your value.
